Only high quality Japanese cattle that are raised and bred in Miyazaki prefecture of Japan can be named "Miyazaki Wagyu." They are recognized worldwide to have one of the highest and strictest standards in the world. 

Miyazaki Wagyu is also known for its texture, immense flavoring and the snowflake-like marbling.

Miyazaki Chuck Rib is both tender and slightly firm. While it might not be as fatty compared to other cuts, the fat in the marbling will distribute evenly, ensuring each piece is full of flavor.
